On this excursion to Porvenir from Cobija, you'll enjoy the beautiful landscapes of this Bolivian town in the department of Pando. We'll also go on a motor boat ride on the Tahuamanu River!
We'll meet at 9 am at 9 de Febrero Avenue and, from this central point of Cobija, we'll travel to Porvenir: one of the most beautiful villages in the Bolivian department of Pando.
After a short 30-minute drive, we'll reach the town. Once there, we'll stop first at the Palma Real spa to see its natural pool, whose waters come from the San Pedro stream.
To continue our tour of Porvenir, we'll head to the historic center of the town, where we'll see the Immaculate Conception Parish and other emblematic monuments. Then, we'll go to the local river port to take a motor boat ride on the Tahuamanu River.
The journey through this area of the northern jungle of Bolivia will take us to the border with the municipality of Filadelfia. There, we'll stop at the Brisas de Cachuelita restaurant, where we'll have a typical lunch that includes a traditional fish dish with rice, salad, and a drink.
After lunch, we'll visit Villa Esperanza, an artisan center dedicated to training and employing people with disabilities. From there, we'll finally return to the meeting point in Cobija, where we'll arrive between 4 and 5 pm.
