Translate this opinion into English.

The activity itself was good. The only downside, but not less important for being the only one, was the guide's lack of punctuality. The clients, being punctual, waited for our guide for about 10 minutes, maybe a bit more. And the worst part was not the lateness itself but the lack of information during the wait. No calls, no information from the organizing company. This aspect is what diminished the value of the excursion. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was good, although the guide was quite curt and struggled to speak Spanish. We went very quickly, but I think that was because three people arrived late, which delayed the rest of the tour. Seeing Cospicua, Vittoriosa, Senglea, and the boat trip to Valletta from a Maltese gondola is well worth it. In short, the activity was very good; the guide, who was very serious, and the group, who were a bit disrespectful, arriving late, shouting on the bus, etc., were the only downsides for me.

Translate this opinion into English.

The waiting tour. Not because of our guide that day, who was Cris, who is amazing and really saved the tour. He knows a lot about the history of Malta and shares very interesting things. The problem was that we had to wait a long time for people coming from other buses; the timing is not well organized. So everything felt very rushed, and there wasn't enough time to visit anything on our own. We only had 30 minutes of free time before getting on the little boats. Opinion translated. Show original.

The pick-up point was a 28-minute walk away, even though the program said they'd pick you up at your hotel. There were some very large hotels in our area, but they sent us quite far away first thing in the morning. Add to that the fact that it was pouring rain in Malta, and the activity started off badly. Beware of this kind of misleading advertising. I recommend staying in the area after the activity.

Elena was a good guide, although I would have liked a bit more historical background. The problem was that the activity didn't start until 9:45. They picked us up from the hotel at 8:40, and we arrived at the meeting point shortly after 9:00. We then waited 45 minutes for them to organize the groups. Very poor organization and a huge number of tourists (more than 200) waiting.

The guide and the organization were good; however, the group was not homogeneous and the visit was a disaster, making it difficult to hear the guide during the explanations. There was no stop for a break until it was requested after 12:30 PM in the sweltering heat.

Ottima organizzazione. Bel tour. Excellent organization. Beautiful tour. Our guide, Maria, was excellent in providing us with cultural and historical information about Malta's history in general and the three cities. Her time management was also excellent, making the guided tour pleasant and comfortable despite the scorching sun. The only downside: we were very hot after the tour, and on the way back the minivan had no air conditioning and literally turned into a sauna. Luckily, no one was hurt. Opinion translated.

It is a tour that should be scheduled at a more appropriate time since with the high temperatures, the tour becomes unbearable. The guide Elena was very friendly and pleasant. The best part of the tour is the boat ride because it allows you to grasp the magnitude of what this site represented. Strolling through the streets at sunset/night must be very charming, but scheduling this excursion in the morning and midday is a tremendous mistake because the heat and humidity are unbearable at this time of year.

Our tour was led by a guide named Elena, who was very friendly and explained the history of Malta and the Three Cities. The luzzu ride was very nice. However, I wouldn't recommend it because we were interested in seeing the entire capital, and we only had a quick tour of Birgu and Senglea. We were also in a large group, full of women who slowed us down and children complaining the whole time. It's not as enjoyable that way.

Translate this opinion into English.

Tutto ben organizzato, la guida simpatica e preparata. Trasporti e spostamenti puntuali. Everything was well organized, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Transportation and transfers were punctual. The visit to the three cities was interesting, but we only saw the exterior of the "historic" city of Victoriosa and the other two cities. We also admired the city's characteristic streets. The visit concluded with a sea tour around the cities' coasts aboard their typical boats. A leisurely but interesting tour that allows you to get a general overview. Opinion translated.

Very enjoyable. Elena is very friendly and attentive and explains everything quite clearly, not only the history of the three cities but also details about modern life in Malta. The trip on the traditional boat was fantastic. The bus pick-up and drop-off at your nearest accommodation is a great touch. They also offer the option to stay in all three cities if you don't want to return to your pick-up point and want to visit museums or spend the day there. Opinion translated. Show original.

The organization was impeccable. We were picked up at the designated point, and the return trip was also perfect. However, the guided tour wasn't what we expected. We felt the guide's explanations lacked a coherent narrative; we felt like we were reading a guidebook but learned almost nothing about the three cities. Almost the only thing mentioned was the abundance of social housing in some of the neighborhoods we visited. On the plus side, the bus arrangements were excellent, and the final trip on the Maltese boats was delightful.

I received emails telling us to meet at 8:15 and 8:40, and the same thing happened with WhatsApp messages.
