Me gustó que se notaba que sabía y nos compartió información interesante. Me parece que son mejorables el tono y la actitud porque se hizo un poco monótono. Para mi gusto todo lo relativo a la comida, a cómo se cocina la pasta, etc sobró y faltaron más anécdotas o historias entretenidas sobre la parte histórica (un poco más de investigación). Me gustaron mucho las recomendaciones sobre cómo elegir un buen restaurante.

I liked that it was clear he knew his stuff and he shared interesting information with us. I think his tone and attitude could be improved because it got a bit monotonous.
