Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from P. Ô Quan Chưởng and from there, we'll head to a local market to select the freshest ingredients for our Vietnamese cooking class.

Once we have everything we need, we'll make our way to a cooking school where the true culinary experience begins. As we arrive, we'll be welcomed by the chef and treated to a tasty drink. While sipping our beverages, we'll familiarize ourselves with the recipes we're about to prepare.

Using carefully chosen ingredients from the market, we'll delve into the art of Vietnamese cuisine and create four exquisite dishes. From the refreshing banana flower salad to the savory Vietnamese spring rolls, from the tantalizing noodles with sweet and sour sauce to the indulgent flan, our menu showcases the diversity of local flavors. Certain dishes may vary depending on the season to incorporate the freshest seasonal ingredients.

After our culinary creations are complete, it's time for the much-awaited moment—feasting on our culinary masterpieces! We'll gather around the table, savoring each dish with pride. To complement the meal, an open bar featuring local wine, water, and tea will be available for you to enjoy. As a finishing touch, you'll get to do a tasting of one of Vietnam's most cherished drinks, coffee! You'll get to try either coffee with salt, coffee with egg, or coffee with coconut.

After 4.5 hours of activities, we’ll drop you off again near the meeting point.
