At 8 am, the adventure will begin. We'll pick you up at your hotel in Arusha to head east towards the border of Tanzania and Kenya. And it's in between these two countries where Lake Chala is located.
During the three-hour drive, we'll leave Kilimanjaro to the left and continue until we reach Lake Chala. As soon as you arrive you'll be amazed by the 3 kilometers long lake. You'll be mesmerized admiring its waters that change between turquoise and green. The guide will tell you all about its volcanic origin and other interesting facts about this breathtaking location.
Next, it'll be time for a little paddling. On a canoe, we'll explore part of Lake Chala and experience the tranquility of its waters. Back on dry land, it'll be time to enjoy a picnic lunch to refuel after this adventure in nature!
